The assignments can be more practical and it should be connected to the real - world problems. There should be more content in working with Keil and Proteus.

Previous review: 13/11/2025 The general concepts for C programming are good and that's the biggest strength of this course. With that being said, the reason for me to rate this course with two (2) stars, is because its focus on embedded development is rather lackluster. The questions rarely follow an uniform progression and sometimes, in videos teaching basic topics, you have pop-ups showing questions with advanced topic and they feel ther are all over the place. Recommendation: Split this content in two courses: one teaching all the C basics that you have, and using a notepad or an IDE with syntax highlighting. Second recommendation: Focus on an embedded target from the beginning if the course title has "Embedded" in it, with a popular IDE, and showcasing the capabilites of the target microcontroller itself. An AVR arduino is good enough for that, and having some RTOS examples would be nice. Newer Review: I see there's more content to it! I partially recant my previous review. Still, it's a bit lackluster nowadays to use notepad for basic examples. Please use a text editor or an IDE with syntax highlighting, because that's especially useful for people who are new to this topic.

I think this could be a very useful specialization, but I had to drop because the audio quality was so bad, it was unbearable for me - I hope the author renews it with much improved audio quality in the near future.

It explains concepts well, but I would say what sets it back is it seems a bit scattered. and resources should be easier to acquired

The course mainly covers basic C concepts rather than embedded system development using C. It lacks both clarity and preparation: 1. The instructor uses non-standard C in his examples. Also, the coverage is so superficial that many of C's pitfalls are left unaddressed. 2. He could save time by preparing and compiling examples beforehand to show their actual output, rather than typing the results manually in Notepad. 3. Often points are repeated and time is spent going through every single iteration of a loop. 4. He could improve the course by using more relevant real-world examples to explain concepts, such as arrays. It might be better to remove this course entirely and replace it with a proper ANSI C tutorial.

Hard to understand, lectures and assignments don't match up, not worth the time

Very basic regular C course. No portions of embedded C included! Waste of time
