This course was very informative and effectively breaks down the learning concepts for the student. My recommendations are to consider updating this course to account for the dramatic increase in renewable and clean energy generation, transmission, and retail companies and organizations (e.g. consider discussing Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs)) and discuss some of the latest investments in clean energy such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) as well as the number of global summits/accords/conferences that are driving countries to create and meet aggressive climate goals within their energy sectors.

Excellent Course and very good explanations from the Professor.

Perhaps as a suggestion some content and graphics could be updated, with more recent data, and perhaps some of the regulatory experiences in other countries can be incorporated, as a general culture.

However, the topics under discussion are totally valid and still in force today.

the course was very thorough. the videos and charts were very useful. being able to stop and pick up where you left off was also a nice feature. my only complaint is the excessive grading of other peoples work and final assignment to complete the course. that was cumbersome and unexpected for a training course. otherwise a good value considering.

The course is a very good introduction to the Electricity sector, presenting both basics from technical and market aspects. As the industry is evolving quickly, it would be great to have modules on Demand Side Response, Battery Storage, and other new types of operation.

Good overview, somewhat light on material but that's expected from a 2 week course. would appreciate a follow up delving into more details of the financial structure of utilities/other corporations in the energy space

I really appreciated the course and the lecturer. However, with increasing dynamics in the energy market within the last decade, it already feels a bit "outdated"
