I really enjoyed this course and in spite of working front line in hospital. Well put together and I like you can work on it whenever you like. I think it takes a bit longer than the 6 hours they approximated it would take

I think that this course is very helpful right now that we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Being able to understand this virus even just a little lessens the panic and anxiety that many of may feel because of it.

The course was informative. It was well laid out. The professor gave goals. The presentation was straight forward, clear, informative and the follow up quizzes were good check for understanding.

I would highly recommend this!

My only suggestion would be the provide the correct answer and explanation for the final test of the 40 questions. When I saw the ones that I did not answer correctly I would have liked to know why the answer was incorrect.

Excellent course. Well-paced so I can follow and think about the information. I was pleased that the information was presented in multiple forms so that people with different learning styles could learn to their strengths.

It is a very good course for all level of students. For me I have learnt a lot in this field which is not my area being a Chef by profession. Thanks to John Hopkins University and Emily Gurley to make it so easy and simple.

I'm not especially interested in becoming a contact tracer. However, I still learned a lot about COVID-19, and how contact tracing is related to that! So I recommend everyone try out the course if you can access it for free!

A very well written course that sufficiently dives into contact tracing and all it's components. The narration is well paced, content is detailed and informative. I recommend it to anyone wanting or needing this information.

Very clear easy to understand presentation. Good videos with call role-plays demonstrated. I managed to skip a few things by accident....but was able to go back and glean what I had missed later. Thanks for the knowledge!

Very US focused, but gives you a good idea on what and how. Could have some more information on the virus and Covid19, but for the purposes good. C/F. Language should be marked with American English. Anyhow, well spent time!

This is an excellent, clear training program. It provides clear and concise examples of both helpful and detrimental ways to act as a contact tracer, along with the likely outcomes of those behaviors. I recommend it to all.

Very informative, thorough overview of the Covid-19 disease parameters and the role of contact tracing in a public health setting. Good communication skills overviews and very clear examples and videos to illustrate skills .
