Very confusing course with content that I don't think has been properly tested amongst typical users (ironic, given much of the content talks about the value of user journeys and consumer-centricity!). It leaps from high level trends driving digitization to theories of disruption to BCG's model of understanding digital transformation. The latter starts to get at the meat of what people doing this course are surely looking for, but it is all too cursory and too poorly explained, with far too much jargon.

This course made learning feel like a chore for me and not like fun. I expected more examples and less BCG input.

A theoretical course with generic information about different technologies.

It is to old and out of date:-) You might create a new more uptodate.

The graded quizzes have bad wording. I hardly read and understand it.

The course is old - need to renew the material - I dont recommend

So far, none of the content is unique or engaging.

I am at pains here, having completed the coursework on a scholarship I have been asked to pay before my last assignment can be graded and I will be enrolled for the next course in the series under the Leading the Modern Day Business Specialisation. This is extremely disheartening considering that I have already enrolled for the next program. Can I get some feedback on this please

its outdated. I could not see a date attached to the course anywhere. And I have a problem with Coursera and BCG in assuming that withholding information is all right.

Very light, do not expect a real class on transformation with this content. Also, 70% of it is common sense for every person born after 1990

Really repetitive, the videos did not have to be as long as they were.
