A key part of the module focuses on managing organisational change. Learners uncover how to prepare teams for transformation, navigate resistance, and anchor new behaviours in ways that ensure lasting impact. Finally, they learn how to craft clear and meaningful core values that guide decisions, strengthen alignment, and support sustainable growth.
