First of all thanks to the team coursera for accepting my financial aid application and allowed me to take that course. It was a great learning and i am looking for such awesome courses in future.

a great one for beginners at the same time if you are an experienced programmer in other languages you can speed through the course and feel confident that you learned python. very well explained.

This course is so good for the beginner and the professor is so awesome! I feel like the course load is pretty light compared with normal college course. Therefore, enroll it and enjoy the Python.

Great course, Dr. Charles Severance (Severus Snape) gave a good introduction to python programming (parcel tongues), the course is definitely a good choice for every beginner interested in python!

I found this course very helpful in getting started with python. The course curriculum is quite interesting . The assignments and quizzes provided with course are helpful in clearing the concepts.

It is a good course for those who are starting to program. I recommend do it even if you already know some programming language because you can review some topics and learn python in the begining.

This course is designed perfectly for beginner of computer languages. Highly recommend to take this course before starting to learn python in any other programs in youtube.com or google materials.

Excellent introductory course! The teaching style as well as the carefully constructed curriculum was awesome. The videos were easy to understand and the text was fairly easy/ lightweight as well.

Really good explained for a beginner in programming. Begins easy, but you get more and more an in-depth explanation of programming. Awesome professor, explains it very well and keeps me motivated.

Your first impression might be that the course looks a little dated, however don't get it twisted, this course is timeless and is relevant for as long as Python 3 is the most up to date Python.

The course is very specific and focused on python from the very basic and it was clearly teached by Charles! I higly recommended this course for those developers that starting to learn python :)

Es el mejor curso de python que pude encontrar, al principio no tiene mucho que ver con el tema pero que eso no te quite la emocion por aprender, se entiende muy bien pero tambien hay subtitulos.

This course is very good for the foundation knowledge about python. It helps newbie understand some very basic things about python. But, it is not good for someone who already good at programing.

This course has been very helpful and easy to follow. The lessons are clear, however, I think it would be helpful to explain how to use the syntax for some of the functions, even if just briefly.

A very good course in my view. The classes were good. But assignments were a little advanced but was abled to complete after 2-3 tries. I had no former experience in python and still held up good

Very well prepared course. The lectures are very informative, the color coding in the slides is very helpful. It would be better, if there were a bit more assignments to test what you've learned.
