We are excited to be able to dive into this very important topic with you and to go on this educational journey together. This course is going to explore the landscape of medical weight loss. During this journey we are going to learn about how different approaches work, some of the potential drawbacks, and how we can adjust our nutrition to ensure that our body’s function and thrive during and after medical weight loss interventions. We hope that after interacting with this course, you walk away with a better understanding of how the body adapts to medical weight loss and a few tips and tricks for how to adjust your nutrition based on the different types of medical weight loss available.
