There was a lot of solid information in this course. I wish I learned this in health class 30 years ago! But a lot of the studies they cite are well over 10 years old and often (when you look them up) have small sample sizes, so it does make you question some of the data. The math equations are also given, but not well-explained. So, I had to look those up as well for more accurate descriptions. Having said that, it's worth the time taking the class, and I hope to apply this knowledge to my CPT training and exam once I'm ready to move onto that stage.

The course only shows as 1 week of material, so if it takes longer it shows as overdue. Also doesn't show that there's an expiration date on NASM's side. There's also a typo on Lesson 2 where the math is incorrectly displayed and can cause confusion (should say 6 x 3.5, not 21 divided by 3.5).

we need a video explanation for the written text.

Was good reading content, but would be better if it were modernized with video and audio. As is, it's just like reading a textbook online.
