It's certainly not bad and is a good introduction to version control but that's all it is, an introduction. You still have so much more to learn even after this course, but its an alright foundation.

Great, but ultimately incomplete information; not everything that was taught was explained. The teaching style felt out of order to me; demonstration before instruction.
