This was a GREAT course! In comparison with another courser for beginners, you have a bigger picture of what data engineering is, the tools, services in the cloud.

The opinions and advices given by the experts are valuable.

This course is fantastic. I love the way of IBM team prepared the curriculum. The IBM team conveys the lesson comprehensively. I get so much knowledge as well as insights from this course about data engineering.

This was my first ever course on Coursera. I really enjoyed this course, the content is amazing and very detailed. I would highly encourage my fellow students to pursue it to really understand the data spectrum.

A simple yet a foundational introduction to Data and how you can maipulate it. I would say anyone with the interest of pursuing data related career takes this course as it explains the basic surrounding of data.

Great introduction and exhaustive overview of the ecosystem, roles and skills. IBM's Cloud Db2 rounds up the task by providing first hands-on experience. This is what was expecting from an introductory course.

They teach the fundamental concepts very well. It includes not only IBM's tools, but the whole ecosystem like open-source tools and other cloud platforms, and how they play in the ecosystem of data engineer.

If someone wants to make career in Data Engineering , they should enroll in the course. The course gives us the fundamental knowledge of data engineering concepts that build a strong base for the career.

This course is very straightforward. It has been important for me because it laid the foundation I need to pursue a career in data engineering. Now I am confident that this is the path I want to follow.

This course gave me a clear image of what data engineering is, also, u don't have to have advanced level of english to get all topics right, i understood everyting on my intermediate level.

Very good course. It gives you a broad overview of the various fields that make up data engineering, with questionnaires that help you understand the topics and a little practice with SQL.

This is good course for startup in data engineering.if someone new to data engineering field i highly recomanded this course. i covers more topics which is related to data warehousing

This course was a really helpful introduction on the subject, but according to me, the subsequent courses for the path of Data engineering is not as narrowed as this one on the field.

The additional videos interviewing current Database Engineers that are in the field were extremely helpful and provided further insight on what the role entails and recommendations!

Very good introduction to Data Engineering. Not too technical, but a very good foundation of both technical concepts and soft skills required in becoming a successful data engineer.

It captures required concepts for starting out your data engineering journey. Although the concepts are hard to understand if one has entirely no background in data-related jobs.

This course nicely covered the basics of Data Engineering and helped me understand Data Engineering in an excellent way through examples and hands-on lab activities.

Good introduction if you know nothing about the subject yet. Not very useful if you already work in the field though it is nice to hear different perspectives on the subject.

An excelent introduction. It gives an outline of the field, the profession, the tools, and the rest of the specialization. It could benefit from having a teacher on screen.

Very simply presented and interesting course. Easy to learn due to interesting visual tools, more importantly due to real Data Engineers interviews and their work stories.

This course was well made and informative. I went in knowing little about data engineering and now I have a much clear understanding of what data engineering is all about.
