Great course for beginners to understand sales processes and nuances. The instructor has a wide range of experience in sales, and real-life examples from his career can improve the overall course. Also, topics for discussion and case studies could be included to engage with other learners.

Great course that introduces you to the selling environment from the perspective of a salesperson that practices their own prospecting and lead generation. No references to the help salespeople get from marketing or use of CRM. These will be covered in other courses.

Experienced speaker and useful lessons shared. However, speaker is too fast. Need to have pauses to let the students digest. Have to constantly pause and rewind.
