The course is titled NASM Personal Fitness Trainer Professional Certificate, but once you enter the program they explain that it is only a preparation course for the actual certification offered on the official NASM website. To become certified, you still need to complete two additional courses directly through NASM. They also do not provide any valid certificate here, and even if they issue one, it has no real credibility.

Peer Review System is silly. The “peers” are random strangers on the internet with no reason to be fair. This is just a way for the course to run with absolutely no instructor. Laziness and greed on Coursera’s part.
