I loved this course and how much there was packed inside each module. I enjoyed taking my time and soaking up the information to continue to help others!

I would have loved to finish this course, I just found it hard to learn from it because of the music that was constantly playing. The person teaching the course also made it hard because of the constant positive tone through the hole teaching.

There are so many typographical and grammatical errors in the video transcripts, it's simply shameful. Further, the quiz questions are so poorly written that misunderstandings are likely. I ended my Coursera subscription after taking this course during the free trial. I expected a lot better oversight of content and pedagogical choices, so I leave greatly disappointed.

This course has been a significant learning experience for me, and I now feel a sense of achievement after completing it. Discovering Coursera has been truly revitalizing, as I am motivated to make the most of my one-year subscription by learning as much as I can. This will benefit not only my personal growth and development but also, most importantly, expand my knowledge. I am very grateful for this educational platform.

It opens my way of doing things a lot. It now allows me to have a plan to sit with clients and help them in a better way. I like how the course is structured because it will enable me to acquire knowledge in a time-friendly manner. And it is also free, which I find an excellent opportunity for everyone to keep growing professionally and personally.
