As an introduction to the world of nutrition, the course is very good. It has an easy-to-understand language and explains in a simple way the basic fundamentals for making better nutritional choices.

This was definitely worth participating in. I really liked watching Maya cook at the end with her kids. It was so adorable and I'm looking forward to trying out a few of the recipes in the future.

This course is very very simple but if we follow this course, 100 percent our health will be change completely. Our view towards our food becomes more clear. I recommend this course for every person.

Very good basic nutrition course. Good foundation for moving into more involved topics. Very good speaker and easy to listen to. Having Michael Pollan in the course gives it even more legitimacy.
