In this course, you will use Agile principles and methodologies to execute projects and adapt to changing project requirements. Through hands-on learning, you'll implement Agile practices in a project environment, mastering techniques to foster flexibility, collaboration, and rapid response to evolving project needs. By understanding and applying Agile principles effectively, you'll be equipped to drive project success in dynamic and fast-paced environments, delivering value to stakeholders through iterative and incremental development approaches.

After completing this course, you’ll be able to: • Apply Agile Principles and Methodologies. • Execute projects using Agile methodologies and adapt to changing project requirements. • Implement Agile Practices in a project environment. This is a great way to prepare for some useful certifications, such as PgMP - Program Management Professional from PMI, and MSP Practitioner - Managing Successful Programs from AXELOS. Note: This course is also part of the Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate. If you've already completed this course as part of that program, your progress will be saved and will count towards your completion in this program.
