The course contains many useful, practical and clear informations. As a parents of children with ADHD, I knew most of the topic which covered, but gave me more confident for what I know.

The course material and the videos/lecture were very simple and easy to understand. Every parent and teacher and counselor can make use of this. Thanks Coursera for giving such a wonderful course.

I have a feeling the course covers very little about ADHD. I have learned things but I would like it to be a little more extensive and with more detailed material helping in this way to learn more about children with ADHD

More videos of students in the classroom and real life scenarios would be really helpful. Also how to manage the behaviour when none of the strategies actually work in the classroom.

Could have been more strategies based (even if it were to make the course longer). Did find some of the information useful, some of it is a little out of date, but overall helpful.

There is a lot of information given and I found the strategies given quite helpful and easy to implement in a daily setting. The additional reading material is also quite helpful.

The course provides a concise overview of the disorder and suggests some strategies to cope with it at home and in school. I found it a bit too short and too simple.

Siento que el curso ocupa mucho lo condicionante y esto de alguna manera a la larga afectará la conducta del individuo

Poor quality videos. Some issue with recorded audio. Not comfortable listening. The narration is too fast.

Academic way of naming and diagnosing what ADHD is, with standard baseline practices, is fit for an educated Western audience. Many of these talking points are tied to studies and impractical day-to-day applications for students in school and at home. Being an elementary English teacher in Vietnam I found this laughable and non-practical. I skimmed the 4 modules with only 3-4 minutes of practical application. These were surveying and diagnosing a child. I expect a redesign of the course to be more inclusive of the teaching and developmental learning environment.

The course didnt really meet my expectations. I didn't like the slides, they were very generic, boring, and just had basic info in there without really explaining what is what later in the lecture. The information was very basic and way too short. I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the class, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Maybe work more on expanding the course and improving on visual aids. Slides after the lecture were a good idea, but the slides itself need to be better. Thank you nonetheless.
