I'm so angry. I spent a lot of time to finish 1/4 of the streams. Then they required me to download Power BI without any notice at the beginning that it cannot work on Mac. Such a waste of my time!!!! So angry

This Excel course was overly elementary. I had anticipated that a certain level of prerequisite knowledge would be necessary for such a course. I recommend this course for absolute beginners only.

While the content seems comprehensive, I've been receiving messages throughout my first 2 modules stating that "This item will be unlocked when the schedule begins." The curriculum for Power BI certification indicates that I'm estimated to complete it on June 1 of 2026, a full 7 month from now. The AI assistant keeps apologizing and saying I'll have to wait and I can't find any way to contact an actual person so I'm adding a review here. I hope to change it if I can resolve my issue.

The quiz questions are designed with their own language without any visuals. Excel is a very visual tool and the questions were asked with text - and it takes too long to get to powerbi which is not aligning with the purpose of the course - not friendly for an Excel expert that does day to day work with their own language with excel who wants to gain power bi skills.

There's a mistake in french, concernant the" Quiz du module : Principes fondamentaux d'Excel" Question 4, all the answers are wrong you have to add "_" between "Bénéfice mensuel" and delete the space "Bénéfice mensuel2". Becauseof this a have 66% instead of 80%

The ratio of video to reading is abysmal, i.e. Way too much emphasis on reading material in this day and age of visual learning. The paid actor presentations for the few videos are tedious and patronising. I was expecting better from Microsoft.!

I have problems with some locked modules saying "This item will be unlocked when the schedule begins." and I'm not the only one facing this issue. What does it mean? No one is looking to fix it so it's a waist of time to do it.

The website won't let me proceed with my learning and the only access to support for the error message I keep receiving is a chat bot, which is the dumbest one I've seen yet. This is such a WASTE of time and money.

Help function is not helping with resetting course deadlines. Can't access graded assessment. They are locked after a certain period of time and I am now unable to proceed with the course.

The part of the course that is actually concerned with Microsoft Excel seems fine so far, but there is a random section dedicated to Generative AI, which seems unrelated and out of place.

Basic concept but the course makes it so difficult to understand. The tests are absolutely terrible. The "AI" topic is very irrelvant and no content mentioned Power BI and AI (copilot)

I was told the course was free with certification, after the completion of course asking to subscribe for the certification. Too bad coursea

Finishing this course is available only in May and I am in October so as this course part of Power BI specialization I cannot proceed.

not a great course, not even good in explaining excel at an above average level for a generalist, forget about being a data analyst

An entire section on Generative AI that has nothing to do with Excel. It's a blocker to completing the course.
