At best it is an onboarding/train video for sales execs or partners, at worst, it's a sales pitch for Copilot. It promotes itself as being a course on 'generative AI for sales leaders' when in fact it's not providing any industry insight or expertise, it's just a very long walk through. Some of the specific content is also really weak, 'Customer Success stories' for example, was just a repetition of earlier content about how to prompt to send an email on a demo account. By comparison to the Google AI courses, it's very poor. It's interactive though which is positive.

The course is 75% advertising for Microsoft, 25% training on how to actually do all the amazing things they tell you the systems can do.
The grading system requires us learn by heart each word for this course.
