I find it relevant, and also the AI part they added is really useful. The whole course has practical modules that are not just theoretical, but practical as well. What's just left is to get more training data to apply the knowledge gained from these courses. It is really a good course, one that you can always refer back to.

I learned the basics of identifying business problems, analyzing processes, and working with stakeholders. The case studies and practical examples made the concepts easy to understand. Topics like root cause analysis, stakeholder mapping, and RACI were very useful. Well-structured and easy to follow.
