It was a great course, well managed, and was very point to point descriptive. I really enjoyed learning this course from Coursera platform.

I thought the course was relevant and gave me practical informtion regarding IT support to help me be excited about my career change to IT.

The content of course is really good and the quiz is really tuff, makes reading and studying compulary. Excellent course, good infomation .

For someone who's starting with IT, this firts course it's gonna be his Cornerstone so he can go forward and get more experience with IT's.
