This course is very useful in learning the basic concept of the Technical support role, As you are the person who wants to enter to I.T field then it as recommended one to pursue.

This course is very enlightening and I think it has fanned my passion for IT. I thank Google for the financial aid and I hope I will be given the privilege to finish the 5 courses.

This was a great overview of the fundamentals. I wish it would of dug a little deeper into the hardware side. I notice when it comes to comptia tests, I'm lacking on the hardware.
