I enjoyed taking this course. It was a great introduction to the IT support industry. Even though I was familiar with many aspects such as hardware, I learned many new information and concepts.

Concise and to the point, the videos and tasks being broken up into single smaller task made it easier to not get overwhelmed by the workload. Lots of important information I'm glad I now know.

This is a very user friendly course. The instructors went at a good pace and I was able to learn a lot! I really like online courses, it allows me to pause when needed or go back when needed.
