Thankful to Google for creating such an innovative teaching course online. It benefits everyone especially during this pandemic period of time because many of us can get further study on the remote.

I would like to encourage everyone who is interested in IT and wanted pursue a higher level in IT field or even upgrading oneself.

When I have started this course I was very excited and now happy to learn new things especially the practical labs which motivate me to do more, I have acquired different skills and now using that knowledge in my practical life to enhance it to the next level. I would recommend this course to everyone to acquire these skills.

good intro course to all things IT. went into areas like customer service and job searching too. As someone who works with sick and angry customers on a daily basis I forget sometimes that other people have not been in those same situations and can use a good primer on what to expect. thank you Google and keep up the good work

One of the best course for development your own skills. Every lesson you learn something new. The task more harder at one lesson to next. I hope the google corporation continue this education expiriment in future and give new opportunities for all people who addicted IT technology. :)

I am not tech savvy and after a week thought i should quit. But THANKS A BUNCH NPower Canada for the concerned staff, encouraging administration and the Perfectly designed study material, videos and resources. My spirit towards learning has got a new life. I would recommend individuals to dive into NPower for a SMART career !

Never had any IT background other than using a computer and phone. I never knew the deep down information that makes everything run. Never knew how easy it was to actually build your own computer as long as you have compatible items with one another. If i can take this course sucessfully i think a lot of other people can too.

This course served to renew my interest and excitement into the world of IT. Even though I work with computers, I have not built one for years. This course has piqued my interest and love of IT more than I thought. It has made me realise how much I love to learn and help solve issues relating to anything and everything IT.

I really enjoyed this course. For me, it was a review of things I already knew, but I also learned a few new things. I really appreciated the Troubleshooting and Customer Service modules. It was nice to see that the things I already do are the appropriate things to do when giving IT Support and interacting with end users.

very helpful course, the instructors are great to demonstrate the technical knowledge in a more easily understanding ways. Labs also good to practice and perform, only one lab I encountered problems and lab issues but Qwiklabs has been responded very efficiently and solved the problems. I am very happy to complete the course!

I learned a lot in this course, although it was a little difficult, but I saw that it is part of five parts and I am very interested in delving into and learning from this course to the end because of its importance and the library benefit as a specialist in information technology as it offers an extraordinary level.

This course has been an excellent way to set the foundation for learning about computers and how they're connected. It felt like we went at a good speed, and all the information was presented and explained in a manner where assumptions weren't made about prior knowledge. Really good start, and I for one LOVE the fact that you guys put corrections in the video as opposed to just reshooting or editing those mistakes out. Increases comfort level of the student by showing not everyone is perfect, and it also points out those errors and makes the student pay attention to that particular point more

Great course to get your feet with Technical Support Fundamentals. Honestly, the information here is enough for the average lay person. But I want to be more than a lay person. I want to have the knowledge to be a IT support specialist. This is what motivates me to complete the rest of the courses in this certificate program.

In this course, I benefited a lot from the basics in the field of technical support, from the beginning of what consists of computer parts, bits, bytes, networks, troubleshooting and fixing errors, an overview of the Linux system, how programs are installed and deleted in it, and more information in the world of technology .

A great review and introduction into the IT world. It was surprising how much of this I had learned over years of just messing with computers. It's great to truly have a foundation and understanding of how the IT/computer based world operates. I am excited to use this as a stepping stone to advance myself into the IT sector.

The span, efficiency and thoroughness of this initial class was really impressive. I have a good idea of what will be covered in the certificate. I like the idea of going at my own pre-selected pace and the ability to relearn content until proficient. I AM having difficulty verifying my ID (license) via webcam..not sure why.

fantastic learning experience also helped to discover what more less areas i am interested in pursuing to learn in IT. i loved that in the process of watching videos they throw questions at you to keep you on your toes as well as quizzes and lab , the labs i loved the most very fun to do working on soft ware and also coding.

The course indeed covers the fundamentals of IT support, which is enough to initially equip an aspiring IT technical support worker. The supplemental readings, though not required by the course, should be read and studied as well to gain wider and deeper insight into the technical concepts discussed. Great instructors too...

This has been a great learning experience for me. Assembling components of a computer, learning about how the parts of computers work together to give the output, the open source - linux operating system, networking and troubleshooting... it has been fascinating and I am hungry to learn more...
