Videos were apt and instructional. instructors were friendly. I learn a lot as a newbie to IT support!

Good overview of basic topics and an introduction ot computer skills, terminology, and IT fundamentals

Pretty basic for sure, but very interactive. Most people can probably breeze through this part easily.

Good coverage of the basics with good real world exwmples. Hands on and can complete at your own pace.

i am now exposed to many aspect of IT support. the tutors did very well in explaining it and it clear.
