Throughout this course, I realized the number of IT skills that I already have developed throughout my life, and I never consider them as IT skills.

I really enjoyed learning the basics about many topics and subjects related to IT and customer service. I look forward to all other related courses!

Amazing foundations, the content is simplified and really well broken down to learn from a perspective of somebody who had no prior knowledge on IT.
