One of the interesting course I have ever done in Coursera. I thank Google for providing such an amazing course .And I thank coursera for helping us to reach this course.

This course changed my professional life. I have learned new things in networking area, software and hardware. I can say this is one of the best courses I have ever done

Although I have been doing a lot of this stuff by learning from friends, it is nice to have some formal instruction to add context and background to understand it better.

Great course for basics in the IT field. I have a lot of experience and it was easy to make my way through things I already knew while relearning things I had forgotten.

by learn this course, i know more about computer than i have, this is all basic about computer i need, thank google bring this course to me, i will finish another course

Course 1 was easy to follow where I had minimal problems understanding the material. I loved that I could go back and listen at my need if I wanted to revisit a concept.

The course provides a very broad overview of what tech support is all about. I'd recommend this if you are just starting out in technology or even as a refresher course.
