The course is short and is giving general overview of Strategic HRM. The examples and case studies are all about big companies such as Google, IBM, Unilever. While it's interesting and helpful to learn about practices implemented in those giant companies with competitive compensation packages, it would also be beneficial to include some examples of SMB scale companies. We need to be realistic and understand that not all companies are of a Google scale. In discussion propmt, the questions were from another lesson - Interior Design, i guess. Overall, it was good to refresh some topics in the memory. The course is for beginners, obviously.

Strategic HRM: Talent, Performance, Compensation Design is really a usefull course I specially want thanks my Instructor who has more then 23 years of experience while she Looks like She is 23 years OLD . She teaches in exceptional why the way she smills or her body language during the lectures was extra-odinary No doubt experience make you perfect.

This was a pretty good course. I enjoyed the quizzes and the content was good. Word of caution the training did mention DEI so it could be offensive and trigger some individuals. I would highly recommend this course for Human Resource Managers and businessmen and women.

Happy to take insights on Strategic HRM from this course. It enhanced my understanding of aligning strategic HRM with broader organizational vision. Real-life examples from Google, Netflix, Disney and Microsoft helped understand the perspective even better.
