I thought the teacher was engaging. I enjoyed the information covered. I don't feel ready to employ what I learned in a job setting at this point and I am hoping that will change with the remainder of courses in the certificate.

it was a great courses with best information and great explanation but it was little hard to understand meaning of some sentences and word used , it will be great if you provide easy lenguage and meaning of some hard words used.

the course itself was interested, well formulated and structured, and the assignments were helpful and easily doable.

what was a real disappointment and completely unclear when I started was this was only part 1 of 6.

The course was very useful. I lieked the Anke's way of present the topics. For me was not quite understandable the topics what need to full fill and uploade. Some instructions in the beggining could be usefull. Uva

Really good info, but a little frustrating when doing the peer review assignments since I kept getting assigned work that wasn't in my language and couldn't move to another one I could reliably grade very easily.

This was a good entry level course for a beginner or novice. There were plenty of examples provided to help get specfic points across. I definitely learned alot and feel I'm ready to go to the next step.

This course is detailed and very well organized. Instructor is experienced , knowledgable and has good communication skills. Would recommend for anyone looking for entry level in social media.

It is an excellent course. The only thing I did not like was that I thought I was enrolled in all 6 courses and not just the first, that is how awesome the course is. I just want to keep going.

I like the way they teach in easy and understandable English language. For me, it's really understandable and make me to think widely about both marketing and social media marketing.

Pretty great and informative but don't like the fact that it says "participation optional in the forums yet they force you to complete them in order to be able to complete the course.

Great info and presentations... Not to mention the hands-on activities. I do wish that the class resources included printouts of some of the outlined info from the videos, however!

Overall this course is very useful for me as a beginner. One thing can improve is to add more details (with examples) about the customer journey in mapping to target audience.

very easy to understand! just had a hard time creating kpis, it would be better if we had more exercises maybe? nonetheless, the course is well designed and very understandable!

Definitely slow in the beginning but had tons of helpful information. Wish they condensed some of the beginning because it was hard to stay engaged. Week 3-5 was very engaging.
