The course itself is really great! I love the teacher and the content. However, there's a worksheet that is required for the assignment in Understanding Your Audience which cannot be opened, and has left me stuck and unable to proceed, despite contacting Coursera and them following up with the partner over a week ago. It's disappointing not being able to continue on-time with a course I was really enjoying!

This was fine - but wish there was to skim this quickly for people who have basic information on what social media is. I felt like it was very very basic info that wasn't need for people who currently have and use social media.

The course provided me with practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

I have gained an insight into what Social Media Marketing is and how to apply them when I start my journey as a Social Media Marketer.

A few quiz questions throughout the course could easily have more than one answer when applied in real-world situations. There also aren't enough questions about functionalities within each social media app.

I want my name to be written on the certificate with latin characters not in arabic characters as it shows now and as it's shown in my government issued ID .

Can you fix that problem please

The course is certainly very interesting, but for me, it is too superficial and not complete.

I would like to get all the knowledge at once in one course, and not sell several courses for this

To me it's a little broad and too basic. Too much discussion about Social Media in General, while in my opinion these day people are all know how to use basic social media feature already.

It's cohesive, but it's really old. It's referring to IGTV, which was discontinued in 2022. This course NEEDs to stay modern!!! Also, not a big fan of the peer-to-peer stuff.

It is a very good start to learn about marketing basics but it spends alot of time in fields already known repeating it over and over that makes u bored some times.

De eerste twee modules waren wat minder interessant voor mij omdat ik al kennis had over sociale media. Maar de andere drie modules waren dan heel interessant!

This class is truly for beginners and because of that / having knowledge of social media as an avid user, I did not find some parts of the class as useful.

It seemed really easy. I don't understand if this is just a part of the course or if this was it. I finished everything but I do not see a certificate?

not much technical knowledge.just how to sign up to social media.i think it does not need to be told here .everyone knows it who is doing this course.

Super basic info and not very helpful if you've been a social media marketer for awhile. If you're totally new to this, you'll find it helpful

it was a fine refresher. not for ppl who have studied bba, business studies. quite basic. but good for ppl new to business studies

Most of the info covered in this course is basic and common sense. The course was enjoyable though and easy to flow through.

Great information. I wish there were more examples of topics to make it more clear since the information is so general.

I didn't know i was completing only one of many courses in order to get the full certificate. How misleading.

So far is very basic and a bit outdated, I would love to see more advanced tools.

Was not what I expected. It was everything I already knew about social media.

i have learned all about the types of social media that are available today.

Its a good course but you'll find many things that are not up to date
