As one who is a champion of psychological safety, it was wonderful to have such a concise and interest awakening course on the subject. I learned through the assessment questions. For me they served as specific prompts to read through the material again.

Loved the concept with research based definitions, examples, and how to apply the learnings. VERY well done! I will be sharing this with my team modeling curiosity and vulnerability.
