a very good and comprehensive introductory course, even for people who are not in the field of psychology, psychiatry, and other related fields. i learned a lot from the lessons, thank you very much.

It was a good course, but it doesn’t provide credits, so the certification doesn’t really count for continuing education. Still, it’s a great intro and worth taking to get familiar with the subject.

We need more explanation on paraphrasing, reframing and delay. It is hard to understand from the lecturer.
