The courses in the Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization are a recommended precursor to UCI's Applied Project Management Certificate. This is a course that everyone somehow involved with project planning should follow. it gives a great inside on the technical aspect and organizational tips on how to plan and execute a project.
