While this course covered diverse topics, I couldn't simply rely on the course for a deeper understanding. The Python course fell short of meeting expectations. While Week One was passable, the subsequent weeks suffered from numerous typos and code errors. Week three proved to be the most disappointing, characterized by a confusing course structure, poorly designed quizzes, inadequate content, flawed choice of examples, and an abundance of errors. Even free courses available elsewhere offer superior content. Meta should update this course ASAP.

I enjoyed the first course of the program but this course is very hard to follow along. No offense to the british guy, but man, I zone out so bad when he's doing video instruction. They are not clear as to why you should do a certain thing in code, they just say "do this ..." and expect you to retain that for their projects. It really should be, "do this because" and immediately apply the tools. Maybe its just me, but too much reading and video, not enough hands on instruction. If I wanted to read, I would've ordered a book.

The videos were unsettling. Everything they said felt like it was being read off a screen, almost as if bots were teaching. It was really hard to focus. I’d prefer to be taught by someone experienced — not someone who just reads lines without any expression. Please improve this.

i like this course but i am having challenges and they are not responding to me, i don't have money for upgrading the course and i thought that the financial aid covers that. will it affect my certificate if i don't do the upgraded quizzes. is there no other options?

The course was good, its quizzes, Questions, and assignments were helpful. I see that any free course can achieve the same knowledge level but without the interactiveness of this course.

I recently completed a course on Coursera and was excited to obtain a certificate. However, when I tried to get the certificate, I was prompted to subscribe. Initially, I was fine with the monthly subscription option, but at the end of the process, I was required to opt for an annual subscription instead. This lack of clarity upfront about subscription requirements was frustrating, and I ultimately decided to cancel without obtaining the certificate. Transparency regarding subscription options and certificate access from the start would significantly improve the learner experience.

I really don't understand how in a paid course there should be such a massive promotion of IBM Watson by offering coupons, and free trials, besides that there are also many video lessons dedicated to this. (this is the 7th IBM course I followed and I found this in almost all courses). Now the final project of this course is a sentiment analysis using Ibm Whtason?!. If the course was free, I could try to understand, but for a paid course it's unacceptable especially if we consider the quality of IBM courses

Very disorganized. Lots of gaps where you go from one lesson to the next, and the next one is discussing and taking for granted concepts that were never covered in previous lesson. The set up of Python and VSC are also very outdated and do not apply to current systems. Do not recommend - much better intro Python classes on Coursera available.

Thanks for putting together the course. Breadth of content was good and helpful. However, the content is not well structured, with overlaps, quizzes before content, insufficient explanation in some areas, non-ideal examples and technical inaccuracies. This should be reviewed, to be more accessible for newcomers to programming

Absolutely terrible course! Would not recommend to anyone! Much better courses out there, assignments aren't clear at all.. and the learning is just briefly mentioned with no actual explanations.

The specialization "Meta Back-End Developer Professional Certificate" contains peer-graded assignments, which get stuck at "Grading in progress" and the course cannot be completed!

The presenter is cold, and his voice is very low; even his tone is monotonous and boring.
