A good overall view of Program Management. It would, however, benefit from a bit more structure by applying an initial model, procedure, process, etc., as an offset to making it more practical. Especially at the end, it gets a bit fuzzy and ad hoc.

I struggled to grasp the tech-heavy linguistic scenarios. I think it would benefit more people if multiple contextual scenarios were used from different career sectors to really make sure everyone is finding the material comprehensible and relevant - ESPECIALLY since we're learning independently.
