This course was very comprehensive and very thoughtfully presented. Professor Caselli's expertise in this field is superb and his lecture style is very engaging. The content was much more detailed than expected and well worth the cost of the course. This course will certainly benefit me in my fractional CFO business supporting small companies who have or need VC investments.

This course is fundamental for learning about private equity and venture capital. If you want to break into Investment Banking and want to learn the basics of valuation amongst other subjects this is a fantastic course. The only negative for me was the Italian accent made it difficult for me to understand the professor in the video never the less, the readings are fantastic!

Best structured course I've found on this platform. Bocconi University proves to be a top-tier university. The way this course is structured and the many additional tools provided are difficult to find in other courses. Professor is exceptional, the lenght is perfect, exercises and tests are on point. If you want to learn something about PE and VC, this is the right course.

The course is easy to understand for those without finance knowledge. Love the insights and the interviews with experts. Not too sure about the calculation portion since more in finance surely do not calculate things themselves but just know the terms, what the terms mean and how to make decisions based on the data. Those who calculate aren't really the decision makers.

I have been working in the startups fundraising scene for a long time without a proper PE training. This course fills a lot of gaps and makes things absolutely clear for me. Very interesting online class to have a nice introduction to the subject. The recording of video is very well done and the support sliides good as well. for the valuation (week 4), u'd better know a bit the subject beforehand as it impies lots of parameters that are not easy to handle if you are a novice. Overall, it is a short but very compelling course. well done!

Very nice introduction to PE and VC. Appreciated how much was covered just in 4-5 weeks time. Great course to learn the basics and acquire tools to keep learning about the world of PE and VC. The course is structured nicely and progresses towards quantitative methods smoothly. The professor explains concepts in a clear and concise manner and guest speakers add value by bringing the course closer to the real world.

Concise and yet comprehensive introduction into how private equity investment companies are structured, how they function, what the investment stages are, and even the key formulae used to evaluate businesses and returns from investments. Strongly recommend to anyone willing to gain or deepen their understanding of the PE investments field.
