Do I need a Power BI license to take this course?

<text variant="body1">Yes, There are three types of Power BI licenses: Free, Pro, and Premium/Premium per capacity. Before enrolling in the course, the learner must subscribe to the Power BI Pro license, which can be gained via onmicrosoft.com account credentials. Power BI Capstone Project course is designed and implemented on a Power BI Pro account.

What will I get if I subscribe to this Specialization?

When you enroll in the course, you get access to all of the courses in the Specialization, and you earn a certificate when you complete the work. Your electronic Certificate will be added to your Accomplishments page - from there, you can print your Certificate or add it to your LinkedIn profile.

Is financial aid available?

Yes. In select learning programs, you can apply for financial aid or a scholarship if you can’t afford the enrollment fee. If fin aid or scholarship is available for your learning program selection, you’ll find a link to apply on the description page.

Create Paginated Reports and Dashboards on Power BI Service, utilizing its prevalent features This long course is designed for Data Analyst, Data Administrator, and Business Analyst seeking to enhance their analytical and design skills. Prior experience with MS Excel and SQL is beneficial but not mandatory for this course. Join us on this journey to enhance your decision-making skills and elevate your analytical and design capabilities.

Welcome to Power BI Capstone Projects. In this module, we will understand the capabilities of Snowflake and Power BI analytics features. The two projects are designed to assimilate learners and give more detailed information on the features that make Power BI a powerful tool in data analysis. The first project is designed to manipulate data in Snowflake and integrating it with Power BI. The second project analyzes the store data to increase it's profitability.

Snowflake Cloud Platform is designed to be user-friendly, offering a cloud-based data warehousing solution. It simplifies management tasks, provides scalability, supports multiple clouds, and offers an intuitive interface for SQL-based querying for Power BI Capstone Project. The trial period of Snowflake data platform in 30 Days.

Pre-requisite for completing Power BI Capstone Project is having basic knowledge of SQL and RDBMS with understanding of visualizing and analysis tools like excel.

Yes, the projects are designed to mimic real world scenarios are highly emphasized, and practical hands-on are shown at the end of each week.

Operating System Compatibility: Power BI Desktop is compatible with the following Windows operating systems:

Windows 11 (64-bit) or Windows 10 (64-bit), A compatible web browser for operating Snowflake cloud Platform

Processor: A 64-bit processor with at least 1.4 GHz speed or higher is recommended.

Memory (RAM): A minimum of 4 GB RAM is required, but 8 GB or more is recommended for better performance.

Hard Drive Space: You need at least 2 GB of free hard drive space for the installation.

To access the course materials, assignments and to earn a Certificate, you will need to purchase the Certificate experience when you enroll in a course. You can try a Free Trial instead, or apply for Financial Aid. The course may offer 'Full Course, No Certificate' instead. This option lets you see all course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade. This also means that you will not be able to purchase a Certificate experience.
