The graded modules were the most difficult. Thankfully I pushed through and now have a better understanding of the process.

final linux lab a little frustrating tried to do it after doing the whole course took few weeks off came back and got 100 %

This lab was the most challenging yet, I'm happy to be learning skills that will help me grow as an IT Support Specialist.

Very helpful in getting users hands on experience with both Windows and Linux based troubleshooting which are very useful.

I enjoyed this course, due to the labs. It was a little difficult having to remember all the commands but it came in handy

Really felt challenged in this course. Also began to see how everything gels together in a very real way through the labs.

You must improve labs especially steps

Linux shell must be before PowerShell all the a new command on PowerShell like linux

It is a very important and mind-blowing course with a lot of information, which requires continuous practice and reviews.

My network is restricted and slow, it made most of this work almost impossible. Thats half the fun I suppose, good class.

Barring the little issues with Qwiklabs at the end, the Course has be thoroughly educating and the Lecture was wonderful!
