By the end of this course, learners will be able to design relational databases, develop entity classes, construct models and DAOs, implement authentication and validation, configure Spring, and create dynamic views for a fully functional shopping cart web application.

This hands-on case study course takes students through every stage of development, from setting up a MySQL database to demonstrating the final output of a Java Spring MVC project. Learners will gain practical skills in object-relational mapping (ORM) with Hibernate, dependency management with Maven, and applying the MVC architecture for scalable web solutions.
