It is complete and well explained. I would like to see more diagrams to understand the relationships and the frameworks.

The layout of the modules is not precise, often the questions do not correspond to the content of the modules. In the third module of the second course, I left the course because there were too many unnecessary things being said and I stopped seeing the structure. I am unhappy with the course, unfortunately.

I was quite disappointed with this course. Despite its extensive content and good reviews, I found it to be largely a repetition of the ITIL guide, without providing much additional context or insight. The presentation style, with slides full of text and a lecturer reading verbatim, didn't help to clarify the material. In my opinion, watching a cram video on YouTube might be a more efficient way to get a good overview of ITIL v4. Unfortunately, the course didn't meet my expectations, especially considering the time and money invested. I would advise potential students to carefully consider their options before enrolling. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this course as it's currently structured.
