There are many typos, the instruction is dry, and there are some missing resources. (links that don't work)

it was eh, and I don't feel it gave me any professional edge. Much was redundant of the Google PMP cert.

While I found most of the content to be beneficial, I have a few areas for improvement to recommend: 1. The instructor simply reads the slides to the learner 90% of the time. 2. The course relies heavily on external articles; however, many instances require a membership. (at a cost) to access the full article(s) so the learner misses out on the potential insight the articles may have provided. 3. Many of the narrative portions of the courses contained typos (grammar, spelling, spacing). 4. The fourth course include some very technical content; too technical for a beginner's course.

There were a number of minor typos in this course, which was discouraging. The main issue is the Week 1 content would have been better with an example project to run through, as there were so many definitions without seeing them in action. The lectures were ususally too short, but the second week had better lectures.

I'm disappointed that the certificate you earn doesn't even display your name. The "verify" link just takes you to the same certification. There's nothing to prove this isn't someone else's certification. UGH

Vocabulary and rules not always compliant with scrum.org. Confusing for PSM exam.

There were typos and no good examples that made it easier to understand.

The course materials really need a proofreader.

There´s so much that needs to be improved in this course.

-Lack of care for correct spelling on written material and even quizzes.

- Some questions on the quizzes need revision for coherence.

-Some graphic material needs attention to correct same errors mentioned above.

-It´s supposed to be an introduction to Scrum Master; however, even though some of the basic concepts are explained with examples and visual support, I believe that some background needs to be provided before even explaining concepts like "sprints" and "stories". I mention this this to help you make it easier for people with low to null knowledge on programming or other areas where this is used.

I recommend you take a look at Google´s course on the matter so you can improve not just this course but your entire specialization.

Not accurate as far as the Scrum Guide is concerned and actually will mess you up for a PSM I certification given the incorrect information. Vision Planning is not a scrum event according to the guide. The Sprint Review is timeboxed to 3 hours for a one-month sprint, usually shorter for a shorter sprint. There is a lengthy list of information that does not match the guide.

questions were plain wrong(borrowing from agile/ terms never present in actual scrum). Many grammatical/ syntax errors. didn't talk about burn down/ burn up charts. I have taken free courses that were way more through. No feedback on what were right answers. Instructor not very engaging. Frankly, I am highly disappointed and it made me even more confused for taking this test

It is difficult to understand what is part of the official Scrum Guidelines 2020 and what are recommendations of the course provider. Also the small details count, like the alignment of the pdf provided throughout the course, the cells are not even aligned.
