Dear Support Team, I’m currently experiencing persistent issues when trying to import common Python libraries (such as seaborn, pandas, or scikit-learn) on your online lab environment at https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/ . Each time I run the import commands, I receive a “ModuleNotFoundError,” and the notebook fails to execute properly. This issue prevents me from completing the exercises and has caused delays in meeting my learning deadlines. I have already tried restarting the kernel and re-running the notebook, but the error persists. Could you please help fix this issue or advise on an alternative solution as soon as possible? Thank you for your support.

A lot of improvement and updates must be done, it's really poorly explained and definitely not for beginners , if i put put myself in a beginner's shoes there is no way i would understand this. 90% of the LABs have issues or not working, getting help from support is a nightmare. This is definitely not how to teach people with zero knowledge, they won't make. I hope that you will take your time and improve it this time because so many people already left 1 star reviews from years ago but still no improvement. I even wonder how this got a 4 stars rate.

A very dense module, specially the week 5. Labs are confuse and should be reviewed and restructured.

By far the most important module for now, and unfortunately the worst too.

Once again, the course forces you to use IBM Cloud, a service which on its free version is completely unreliable.

If you want to learn python, I suggest any other resource on the internet, in which you will spend your time learning to code, instead of dealing with the problems of using IBM Watson Studio. Or if you're looking to validate your knowledge, I also suggest looking for any other course, and not IBM's.

i have confusion why this course on 7 in data analyst course 4 and 5 course are related to python but when i was learning those course i was very confusing because they not taught us about python, libraries, data types direct use library and perform and now they are teaching those all thing in course 7 what's that mean it's not making sense like teaching basic after the main thing

the title is data analysis yet this is all about basic machine learning to predict the data, very exhausting, the final exam questions mostly from course 4, the project is easy, not all modules are covered in the final project which is good cause why we need to learn machine learning to be a data analyst? this course supposed to be belong to data science specialization only

Don't lose hope if you are new to the Python data libraries and this course made you feel like you couldn't grasp it. I have 3 professional Python certifications - this was by far the worst and most poorly-explained (at times, flat out incorrect) Python learning resource I have come across ever.

This is kind of a fraud Coursera is doing with the professionals. I've been trying to submit my assignments, but it's always showing "upgrade to submit". I'm not understanding, Why will I purchase the same course again when I have purchased it already

I am very mad with registering accounts ibm.

I paid 40$ each month. The course lasts 11 months, and I have only 1 month trial permission.

Do not mention promotion codes. I interupted when I used it.

Bad experiences.

I didn't like how the information was presented and how the code was explained. The workshops were not loyal to what was explained and included a lot of unknown code. I think this course could improve a lot.

Many labs don't work properly and advanced mathematical concepts are not explained well enough to be able to apply them. Too much, too fast and the labs don't work - including the final lab for the course!

The course was fine. BUT the final lab does not work and caused me to waste a month on my assignments. It is a real hassle and customer service was horrible and wasted more of my time.

Longest course and the most boring one. The quizes have some problem even the correct ans are corrected and incorrect . The questions seem to change change their mind on the answers!!!

The course is asking to login in IBM Watson for completion, and my IBM Watson account has been expired, and I dont want to share any payment information with IBM Watson.

glitchy and disjointed. they need to work on this course so you can actually learn something and not have the course materials mess up just to complete an assignment

This course isn´t offering value, every automata can follow this course and pass it. I´m looking courses which can help me improve my professional skills.

Typos and mistakes in the quizz, phrasing of questions is misleading. Meant for beginners but with all mistakes hard to learn the right way.

A lot of the material: Labs and Plugins rely on external access which was unavailable during my completion of the course

you can do same from YouTube. so if you don't want to pay or don't have money , don't worry !
