This project simulates a real-world strategic planning assignment commonly owned by marketing managers, growth leads, or consultants. The final deliverable is a leadership-ready strategy artifact that demonstrates your ability to move from insight to execution while balancing ambition, constraints, and accountability. This project focuses on strategic planning and decision-making, not content creation or campaign execution. You are not expected to produce ads, SEO content, prompts, or keywords. Instead, you will demonstrate how execution knowledge informs strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs.
