Tammy Bohlke is the Director of Workforce Development at Minnesota State University, Mankato, with more than 23 years of experience in higher education. She works closely with leaders and organizations across industries to design learning experiences that build practical skills and strengthen leadership capacity. With a background in leadership, sales, and project management, Tammy is known for bringing real-world insight into her teaching. She serves as an adjunct instructor in the Applied Leadership degree completion program and as a professional training consultant with the Center for Workforce Professional Education, where she develops online training modules. She holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies, an MS in Educational Leadership, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and is passionate about empowering others through lifelong learning and helping professionals grow from where they are to where they want to be.
