Doug began his career as a PhD Chemist with an interest in high-performance computer methods. Starting with the first Beowulf “How-To” document, he has written hundreds of articles, white papers, and videos covering Linux HPC, Hadoop, and Data Analytics. Currently, Doug teaches Big Data Analytics at both Lehigh University and Juniata College, online. Eadline served as Editor-in-Chief for ClusterWorld Magazine, Senior HPC Editor for Linux Magazine, and is principal Scientist at Limulus Computing. Doug continues to support the community by serving as Executive Director of the Beowulf Foundation.
