By the end of this course, learners will be able to define project scope, apply Lean tools to eliminate waste, measure process performance with statistical methods, analyze data to identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements. Designed around the DMAIC methodology, this course equips learners with practical tools such as SIPOC, VOC, QFD, MSA, regression, ANOVA, DOE, and FMEA.

Learners will benefit by gaining a strong foundation in Six Sigma and Lean principles, enabling them to drive efficiency, reduce variation, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Each module provides hands-on exposure to real-world scenarios, ensuring participants can translate theory into practice.
