By the end of this course, you will be able to choose the right leadership approach between coaching, managing, and mentoring; deliver structured feedback using proven workplace frameworks; conduct goal-oriented coaching conversations using the GROW model; and convert performance reviews into actionable development plans. You will also learn how to diagnose performance issues, handle emotionally difficult conversations, build practical improvement plans, and use everyday feedback, recognition, and delegation techniques to sustain high-performing teams.
