This includes compiling feedback from both the candidate and hiring manager to determine the interests of all parties. Further, we will discuss how to present the offer, best practices for negotiating, and closing the deal.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and prepare offers.
• Present and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
• Create a post-offer checklist.
This critical module focuses on managing the pivotal period after interviews conclude.
