Interbank launched this strategic initiative to close skill gaps and empower employees to lead transformation from within. The comprehensive program addressed every learning challenge through careful orchestration: Each employee received a focused three-month license, creating urgency while allowing meaningful development. Interbank crafted 194 personalized learning paths aligned with specific roles and career trajectories, ensuring every learning hour supported individual and organizational goals.

The Coursera platform’s advanced features enabled true personalization at scale. AI-powered SkillSets and LevelSets assessed competencies and recommended optimal learning sequences. Coursera Coach provided deep, individualized guidance, while the new AI-powered Program Builder allowed rapid creation and scaling of custom pathways.

Understanding that technology alone doesn’t drive adoption, Interbank implemented a comprehensive engagement strategy. Regular reminders maintained momentum. Congratulatory messages celebrated milestones. Motivational tips and peer success stories fostered community. The “Upskilling by Coursera” initiative exceeded all expectations, fundamentally transforming how Interbank approaches talent development.
